Cancellation POlicy

You may need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

If you need to reschedule please do so via Vagaro using your guest portal.

We thank you for your respect and continued support in allowing us to do what we love. For cancellations please call the salon at 417.459.6165

Child Safety POlicy

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the salon floor unless they have a scheduled appointment. A child who can sit quietly while unsupervised may wait in the reception area while a parent/guardian is enjoying our services.

If your child is disruptive, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

We do not have the facilities to accommodate children. Thank you for your respect and understanding.
